We believe every business deserves access to honest, transparent information about web accessibility agencies. Our mission is to make ADA compliance accessible — helping businesses find agencies that do real accessibility work, not just sell overlay widgets and empty promises.
The Problem We're Solving
The web accessibility industry has an information problem. A large share of agencies marketing “accessibility services” are installing overlay widgets — automated tools that do not achieve WCAG conformance on their own and have been repeatedly criticised by accessibility practitioners. We do not have a sourced figure for how large that share is, so we do not publish one.
Meanwhile, businesses face a steady volume of ADA website lawsuits — over 4,600 filed in 2025, per the UsableNet year-end report — and need genuine accessibility expertise. But how do you tell which agencies have real certifications, do manual testing, and build truly accessible websites?
That's why we built this directory. Every listing is checked field by field against that agency's own published materials, and a field the agency has not published reads “Not published” rather than being filled in from someone else's roundup. The 43 published profiles carry no scores yet: the four-pillar model on our methodology page has not been run against them.
